…and they turn up again and again

In a sun-drenched garage cluttered with tools and spare parts, a young boy named Sam and his Grandpa share a Saturday morning filled with purpose and joy. With oversized safety goggles perched on his nose, Sam eagerly hands bolts to Grandpa, who is already twisting tin cans into a lopsided frame. Their goal: to build a robot. As they work side by side, the two playfully debate names—Sam suggests Tin-Tin while Grandpa counters with Sir Clanks-a-Lot—their laughter echoing off the dusty walls. Together, they wire a small light bulb into a bottle cap, hoping to create a blinking eye. But when the last wire is connected, nothing happens. Undeterred, Sam presses a button, and after a tense moment of wobbling and waiting, a tiny red light flickers to life. The garage erupts in cheers as the robot blinks steadily, a testament to their patience and teamwork.
